My 1972 Schempp-Hirth Standard Cirrus I have owned since 1998 is for sale at Marfa Gliders in southwest Texas.

Generous useful load for larger pilots. May 2024 “wings off” Annual Inspection, polished by an A&P-IA glider specialist. All AD’s complied with. Only one recurring AD is due in 453 more hours. This Serial # 187 has the factory mod of a slight increase in wing washout for improved low speed performance.

Double panel airbrake mod for shorter landings. Water Ballast system is fully functional. Tinted canopy. Original Schwabelack gel coat in excellent condition. 830.8 hours with all logbooks. Hangared (even the trailer) since 1998.
